Behind the Brand: Century 21 Northland

Century 21 Northland was started by Jason Kudary, Julia Lilley, and Brad Platt in 2006. Together, they have a combined total of over 50 years of experience in real estate. They also support 95 agents.

Jason says, “We have the highest per person productivity in the state of Michigan for a Century 21 office. A lot of growth has occurred over the years. We have focused not on hiring anybody, but finding the right people.” Century 21 Northland is also proud to be the first local brokerage to go paperless.

“Our 12-office footprint provides a great resource for residents of Northern Michigan. We specialize in working with and supporting the best agents in the business. Regarding OMP and Peninsula Township, we’ve historically been #1 in market share for a number of years,” adds Jason.

The agents at Century 21 Northland are very focused on our community. Jason explains, “Our motto is that you must give to receive. Our flagship charitable program is with Healthy Futures and Munson Healthcare. Many of our agents donate money at every closing to Healthy Futures which goes directly to needy families with newborns.”
